Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that vinyl records are properly protected to prevent warping or sleeve damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement within 5-7 business days.
